William Vallejos

He has been traveling to different countries doing social service to communities in need with a Non-Profit Organization serving as a Project Director. I have been developing projects in Africa, Morroco, and Central America.
He came to Panama back in 2,009. It was to lead and develop free Medical Services, Public Health, HIV Tests and Education, Physical Therapy to Indigenous communities, in rural and difficult access areas. In order to do that he founded Hands for Americas and he was bringing the USA and Canadian Medical Groups.
Ariel E.Reyes
MBA Chief Financial Officer
As Chief Financial Officer, Mr. Reyes oversees financial infrastructure for Hands for America, maintaining the organization’s position as a leader in financial transparency and efficiency. As a member of the senior management team, he is an active participant in developing and driving Hands for America overall strategy, including planning for the organization’s expansion. Prior to joining Hands for America, Mr. Reyes was CFO and Co-Founder for multiple not-for-profit organizations. He also has two years of experience in the publicly traded Fortune 500 industry, where he held several leadership positions in finance. He successfully managed multiple consulting projects and developed venture capital strategies for start-up companies. Prior to that, Mr. Reyes served a Southern California, developing a budget and strategic partnerships with state and federal government. Mr. Reyes has a B.A. from The University of California, Riverside; a Post-Secondary Certification from Universidad Carlos III in Madrid, Spain; an M.B.A in finance and strategy from Claremont Graduate University Peter Drucker School of Management and he is currently completing a Ph.D. in Management at Claremont Graduate University Peter Drucker School of Management.
Pedro Vallejos

He has worked with different governmental organizations and NGOs in countries such as Honduras, Africa, Morocco, Panama. He is currently a consultant and advisory board for Hands for Americas for his great experience in social community work and programs for young people at social risk. He has developed ecological environmental projects, support and construction of schools.
Ana de Casco
Project Director
Pedagogy and Education, University Life Coach, directs programs of educational scholarships for students of limited resources to study in school and university. She has worked with different NGO's as Sponsorship Director to help children. She currently directs Hands for Americas empowerment programs for women and youth. Supports nutrition projects for children with malnutrition.
